Job Objective Responsible for all retailing  sales activities. Works within the sales  support teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction  sales target, in line with company vision  values.   负责店内所有零售和销售活动。与销售团队一起，在公司愿景和价值观的架构下，为实现既定的顾客满意度和销售目标而努力工作。
Responsibilities • Liaising with customers in all areas of sales – working with higher priced goods will need to provide a highly personalized approach
• 在销售的各个阶段与顾客保持沟通-在高端零售店内需要对顾客采用非常个性化的沟通方式
• Completely understing  utilizing all products knowledge  pricing
• 全面理解所有产品知识和价格体系，并充分利用；
• Selling consultatively  makes recommendations to prospects  customers of the various solutions the company offers
• 以顾问的方式销售，熟悉公司提供的各种产品解决方案，为顾客主动提供介绍
• Maximizing all opportunities in the process of closing a sale 
• 最大化地利用各种可能机会来实现销售；
• Meeting set sales targets
• 达成既定的销售目标
• Using properly the Retailing Management System to assist throughout the sales activities  Customer Relationship Management
• 合理地通过零售管理系统来帮助各种销售活动以及客户关系管理
• Processing various kinds of payments
• 操作完成各种付款方式
• Stocking, replenishing  cleaning sales areas
• 了解库存和补货及清货概念
• Following up with after sales customer care
• 跟进顾客售后服务
• Arranging delivery  assembling at the customers’
• 安排顾客家的送货及安装事宜
• Dealing with customer enquiries  complaints
• 处理客户询问和投诉
• Adhering to all company policies, procedures  business ethics codes
• 遵守公司的各项规章制度，商业道德和守则
• Participating the training program the company offers  being able to apply
• 积极参与公司提供的各项培训活动，并加以实践

• Maintain contact with all customers to ensure high levels of Customer Satisfaction

Job Specifications • At least 2 years of experience in sales in the retailing industry, preferring with high end brs
• 至少有2年在零售领域从事销售工作的经验，以高端品牌为佳
• Strong understing of customer  market dynamics  requirements
• 对顾客和市场动态及要求有足够的理解
• Willingness to work in a global team of professionals 
• 愿意与多元化的团队工作
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets

• Skillful in computer technology
• 熟练的计算机技能
• Prefer to be able to communicate in English.
